1.How long will it take to process my order? 
We usually process orders within 1–3 business days. During busy times (like launches or holidays), it may take a little longer - but we’ll keep you updated! 

2. When will I receive my order?
Shipping times depend on your location. For NZ , it usually takes 2–5 business days. Australian orders can take 7–14 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way. 

3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to New Zealand and Australia. However, we hope to expand and offer international shipping in the future! Stay tuned for updates. 

4. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100NZ within New Zealand and orders over $200AUD in Australia. For orders below these amounts, shipping costs are calculated based on the current rate, which are updated frequently.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email with all the details. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or reach out to us and we’ll help!

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? 
We totally get it, sometimes you change your mind! Please email us as soon as possible at hello@melxjewellery.co.nz. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.

We source our jewellery from reputable suppliers, ensuring high-quality materials such as 18k gold plated stainless steel. 

10. Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes! Most of our jewellery is hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. However, if you have a severe allergy or sensitivity, we recommend contacting us before purchasing to ensure our pieces are suitable for you.
