Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
Please note: Earrings and personalized items are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in new, unused condition.
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team to begin the process.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Process a Return or Exchange

Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the return or exchange status.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
